• To supervise and perform complex professional accounting and auditing work in the maintenance of financial records.
• To assist in financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliation, cash flow analysis, budget and forecasting, audit preparation and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting
• Day-to-day maintenance of book of Accounts
• Maintenance of inventory ledger (Recording Goods receipts and issue)
• Costing of individual products at material cost level.
• Sales order processing.
• Sales tax returns preparation jointly with sales tax consultant.
• Manage petty cash for factory.
• Manages and maintains filling system in accordance with department procedures.
• Summarize monthly factory personnel leave status, salary advances and overtime for payroll preparation
• Preparation of schedules for closing of accounts and audit requirements.
• Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Follows the company’s health and safety policies and procedures and the instructions of the responsible Supervisor.
