Key Responsibility
1. Review and analyse the case materials to ensure the accuracy of the judgement.
2. Identify laws that are applicable to the case and be prepared to come up with a possible way of action to handle the related issues.
3. Manage the allocation of tasks to others (such as junior lawyers, paralegals,translators).
4. Ensure that deadlines are kept, client communication is maintained, and time-recording and billing is accurate for their files.
5. allocated files and ensure work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
6. Draft memos, emails of advice and other relevant legal documents and reports.
7. Negotiate and settle disputes on the behalf of the clients.
8. Take an active part in the meetings of the clients.
9. Keep a track of the important legal documents
10. Create and maintain a good working relationship with the firm’s clients.
11. Contribute to client training sessions, write client update briefs for public release, and attend BD events as appropriate.
