Percentage of risk issues exceeding defined risk tolerance for which action plans have been established

Conducting Risk Assessments and Surveys;
Developing risk improvement recommendations;
Risk Inspection & Assessment for Insurance Purposes;
Calculating loss expectancies across the project;
Perform audits of the machinery, safety equipment and management programs to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety compliance to regulations & standards analyzing consequence for the failure cases of project management and construction activities.
Review and provide design recommendations for new projects design and proposed facility modifications to ensure conformance with process safety and loss prevention codes, standards and procedures.
Work on industrial accidents, causes and preventive measures
