- Review & support any hardware or software maintenance issues carried out by the specialists.
- Communicate with technical support specialists in the branches to support their needs and maintenance issues.
- Review daily maintenance sheets and reports sent from branches and document daily IT processes.
- Responsible for handling & fixing all issues related to hardware & software that couldn’t be fixed by the specialists and cascade unfixed issues to responsible provider company.
- Responsible for keeping software and hardware daily maintenance sheet and reporting technical issues to IT supervisor and IT Manager.
- Coordinate with purchasing department regarding any needed IT devices or spare parts.
- Coordinate with provider companies and finance department regarding maintenance invoices.
- Responsible for IT inventory and checking IT old stock availability for use.
- Communicate with legal & finance departments regarding any stolen devices to calculate the market value of it.
- Supporting other branches in any hardware& software issues.
- Communicate with Microsoft and any program suppliers to get the serial for the devices.
- Documentation of each difficult troubleshooting and handling for software issues.
- Act as guideline for the team members in new technologies and hard technical issues.
