1- Responsible for setting out sites and organizing facilities
2- Responsible for checking of technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed.
3- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site. Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
4- Plan & organize the execution teams, oversee sub-contractors, suppliers and other resources required for the project.
5- Preparing work schedules and weekly work progress report.
6- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
7- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
8- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
9- Assess potential risks, materials and costs
10- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
11- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
12 Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
13- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
14- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
