ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This key position is responsible for managing information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions.
• Work is performed independently and with minimal direct supervision
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, charts, code comments
• Provide support to application/Operation team members to ensure that all objective and commitments are fulfilled in line with the expectations and agreements
• Continually works on improving technology skill levels
• Conduct awareness sessions for the Customer support new members
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues
• Maintain and improve application and software support methods, standards, KPI's and SLA's across the IT Service Management Platform
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
