• Review design drawings and report calculations to ensure that all designs submitted are meeting the appropriate codes and standards
• Checks Contractor’s submittals for completeness and compliance with contract requirements and comments on their contents for PM’s action.
• Checks site works and informs PM of any deviations from contract requirements.
• Reviews Contractor’s submittals and checks their compliance with the specifications and drawings.
• Responds to Contractor’s site requests and comments on the inspection reports.
• Controls the quality of work performed and reports any non-conformity.
• Participates in reviewing and approving all submitted method statements before its scheduled start onsite.
• Material approval by checking compliance with the specifications and control delivery of Material on site.
• Attend technical meetings to obtain approvals
