The Export Manager reports directly into the Operations Manager (Chemicals) for the Oil and Gas division.
Some of the key responsibilities and objectives of the role holder include;
Responsible for smooth Operations
To coordinate and review new process implementation
Audit and close operational gaps by continuous report review.
Maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitoring customer feedback feed back and complaints.
Supervise, manage and monitor workload of staff to meet Customer's requirement.
Reporting to both customers and internal management on the monthly outlook.
Key player to ensure correct local process is implemented through Customers Global System and continuous look at automating system for efficiency.
Look for monetary increase fro customer based on cost of living index and additional requested activity.
Maintaining good relationships with plant followed by weekly meetings.
Ensuring customers Audit process and associated documentation is correct.
Periodic meetings with Shipping line as part of rapport building.
Minimize expenses and bring efficiency in work handling both with the manpower and operating systems.
Work on options to move functions to a back office setup.
