General Ledger Accounting and supervising accounting of AP, AR, Assets & Reconciliation.
Implementation & monitoring of internal controls.
Interaction with various stake holders as Bankers, Directors, Suppliers, Customers
Monitoring each Division working capital and long term capital and arranging funds.
Approval of vouchers, Purchase orders, Handling of receivables and payables with aging analysis.
Preparation and maintenance of Books of accounts, reconciliation statements, and financial statements in compliance with IFRS & US GAAP, for a few divisions.
Managing entire finance activities for factory.
Coordination with internal & external auditors for conducting periodic audits, evaluating internal control systems to highlight shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.
