- To unload all Raw and packaging materials receiving from store according to instruction.
- To count all receiving material as per issue requisition and keep on respective areas,
- Report to supervisor if material is excess or less.
- Provide tetra paper and empty cartons pallets to filling machines and CBP, when required.
- To remove all materials empty wooden pallets and place in yard nicely.
- Collect waste bricks from squeezing machine and other garbage and put in garbage container lying in yard.
- Arrange lubrication / hydraulic oil drums for tetra equipment in yard accordingly.
- Put forklift at charger and top up battery water when required.
- Report to auto technical department about forklift service cycle when due.
- Report all abnormalities to production foreman and troubleshooting technician of the equipment.
- Keep equipment in a high performance condition.
- To maintain and further develop a good working environment.
- Ensure that all safety rules are followed
- Keep the rules of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Ensure high efficiency.
