• Plans and carries out recruitment and selection procedures in specified occupational areas;
• Discusses recruitment plans with management staff, prepares recruitment and selection materials; screens applications for requirements, and arranges for the notification of candidates.
• Assists with On-boarding and orientation activities as needed or directed.
• Assists with investigations into complaints reported to the Human Resources Department; makes recommendations regarding resolution.
• Prepares the employment contract for the new hired and follow up the social insurance coverage.
• Review all Department personnel forms for completeness, accuracy, timing, and conformity to budget and policy guidelines
• Designs and carries out specified programs in such areas as employee recognition.
• Plan, develop, and conduct training.
