Communicating HR policies to employees. Conducting policy awareness sessions bi-annually or as and when policies are amended.
Ensure implementation of HR policies and processes.
Implement career and succession planning as per guidelines.
Implement organization development activities as per guidelines.
Develop and implement Employee engagement activities as per guidelines.
Employee Relations – Counseling, grievance handling, flagging issues. Trouble shoot employee issues.
Responsible for completing KRA settings & annual PMS exercise as per schedule.
Implementing PMS for Operations staff.
Implementing employee engagement and communication initiatives as per guidelines.
Ensure annualized attrition control as per SLAs.
Retain right Talent by robust and proactive HR interventions.
Up keep on personnel files
Training the employees on usage of Employee Self Services System
Adhere to the disciplinary action process and issuing the warning letter or termination letter, whenever required.
