Nurture a positive working environment
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics، policies and procedures across the organization
Prepare and draft contracts, job offers and other necessary documents
Maintain all employee files and documents
Manage HR administrative tasks such as processing vacations and drafting HR letters and necessary documents
Manage all HR government related tasks such as Saudization, visas and GOSI
Manage and process monthly payroll
Manage and process Health insurance for all employees and dependants
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Direct and manage all recruitment and manpower planning activities and processes to ensure that job openings are filled with the right applicants in accordance with requested time frame
Give new hires the necessary orientation about the company, policies and the use of the company's HR system
Implement and maintain grading scale, pay plan, and benefits program
