•Provide process inputs for plant performance, operating cases optimization, modifications, troubleshooting, turnarounds, engineering studies and investigations to optimize the cost of GAS Operating Units and facilities, either independently or as a Team Member.
•Review the daily operation of the unit and instruct corrective action to resolve process problems; and develop monthly performance reports for the related units by utilizing process tools such as APAC, Exaquantum, DCS trends, among others.
•Evaluate, monitor and review the overall performance of plants and equipment, like compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, distillation columns, Gas expanders etc. and propose recommendations for improvement.
•Prepare study reports and/or process specifications for:
- Proposals for plant changes / Modifications (MOC)
- Projects and Technical Ideas initiated
- Technical Study Request (TSR)
