Plan and implement Quality and Safety policies and process. Maintain Quality standards as per ISO 9001 and OSHA standards
Review the Project Contract Specifications and Procedures and advise respective discipline Managers on preparation of Project Documents (Project Quality and Safety Plans)
Ensure availability of required material supporting documents (MSDS & Product Technical Data Sheet) at all times
Support the Quality Team for getting approval for documentation and it’s tracking and
follow up
Conduct training and keep the QC team updated on the latest Standard requirements and processes for respective Clients and as per ISO 9001 Conduct training and keep the Safety team updated on the latest Safety requirements and processes for respective Clients and as per ISO 18001:2008
Coordinate with Project Manager for QHSE inspection and obtain Quality Certification for
materials and jobs performed
Prepare monthly QC & HSE update reports
Coordinate the completion of internal Quality and Safety Audits
Ensure timely completion of Employee Performance Appraisals
Work with each direct report to help meet individual performance KPIs and personal development plans
