- Work with the Manager, Talent Management and Leadership Development, to develop and implement an effective Learning and Development operations plan.
- Develop, deliver, measure, administer and as required, certify, learning and development initiatives for company employees
- Co-ordinate the Learning and Development process with the current and future needs identified through the Talent Acquisition and Manpower Planning Processes.
- Support line managers across company in providing an effective Learning and Development service across the Organisation.
- Develop and implement the required policies, systems and processes to ensure that an effective system of Learning and Development operates across the Organization.
