• Develop and deliver effective Organization Design, Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits strategies, policies and plans that contribute to the overall Human Resources Strategy and meet the business needs of company.

• Lead and manage the Organization Design, Performance Management, Compensation &Benefits team to deliver an effective Operational Plan, to deliver agreed strategic HR objectives.
• 
  
• Aid and support line managers across company in driving excellence in Organization Design, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits and in creating and maintaining a high-performance culture.
• 
  
• Develop, get approval, and implement a range of organisation initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness and business performance, e.g. organisation design initiatives.
