• Work with the Manager, Organization Design, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, to develop and implement an effective Organization Design and Job Grading Strategy.
• 
  
• Ensure that the process of Organisation Design is co-ordinated and aligned with the overall company Strategy.
• 
  
• Advance the Organization Design by grouping of job families and identifying vacancies.
• 
  
• Manage the practice of Job Grading through a consistent method of job evaluation.
• 
  
• Support the Senior Leadership Team across company to ensure that the agreed Organization Design Strategy is effectively implemented across the Organisation.
