Looking for VM Manager for High-End Luxurious Department Store with multi scopes in Fashion, Accessories, Shoes, Life Style products ..etc.
The store is located in one of the top reputed shopping malls in Riyadh, holding a space of 10,000 sqm allocated in 3 floors.
Main Responsibilities of the role :
- To be responsible for the Visual Brand identity
- Review operational and visual standards of the store and the brands presentation
- Contribute to store marketing and promotional activities /campaigns in collaboration with Marketing team
- Align with the floor manager the implementation of the plans for new shops opening/moving in line with the brands image and Guidelines
- Responsible for all the interior decoration of the store (mannequins, VM poits, Windows, alley, signage etc.)
- Plan and organize the set up of the promotional activities and events in the store within the brand identity with the sales and Marketing team
- Responsible for personal and professional development of the team to achieve high levels of individual and team performance and objective of the store
