The HR & Admin Specialist ensures full on-boarding for new joiners, in addition to accomplishing employees’ requests. He is also responsible of maintaining employee relations and managing different types of events.
• Headhunt, screen and interview potential candidates
• Ensure proper induction and full on boarding of new employees (on-boarding, orientation, required IT equipment, insurance coverage, signature of legal joining documents, etc.)
• Handle required subscriptions and declarations in National Social Security Fund and in the Ministry of Finance in coordination with external auditors
• Analyze the employees’ training needs to initiate and organize internal and external yearly training plan
• Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
• Ensure first line support to employees and managers in regards to HR matters
• Liaise with regional HR to stay aligned with regional HR guidelines
• Ensure local office adheres to relevant local employment legislations
• Evaluate and enhance benefits provided to employees
• Coordinate and manage employees’ events such as team building, CSR activities, yearly gatherings, etc.
• Manage employee relation ensuring good collaboration and engagement are obtained
• Follow up on insurance claims and reimbursements
• Prepare monthly payroll file including joiners, leavers, additions, deductions, etc.
• Ensure the employees requests are accomplished in a timely manner
• Make sure to negotiate the best benefits upon renewals of contracts (insurance mainly)
