HR generalist providing support services to all areas of HR department.
Actively support different areas of HR department:
o Recruitment & Staffing: perform recruitment processes both internal and external or through agencies or manpower contracting companies
o Training & DAevelopment: organizing training agenda, keep track of attendance, quality surveys, etc.
o Payroll & Compensation: Ensure payrolls are paid on time.
o Run exit interviews.
Ensure all HR policies are being followed by the business.
Responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll for the employees through payroll system
Entire cycle of payroll processing from new hiring, leaves, terminations and check and authorize claims
Review and ensure accuracy of approved advances, travel and overtime claims
Responsible for the coordination between payroll and human resources, to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data
Handle the administration of the Biometric system:
o Maintain employee records
o Ensure that changes in employee data are entered correctly and made on a timely basis
o Review changes for proper authorization
Generating reports for payments
Keep abreast with company policies and tax legislations that impact on remuneration
Prepare month-end journals and reporting integrating to the financial system (including preparation/ distribution of detailed reports, e.g expense claims, overtime, leave balances, head count, and month end reports)
Strictly ensure the participation and attendance of the employees
