Quest Search and Selection is looking for a Saudi national female to join a growing business based in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh). This internationally recognized Luxury brand is looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to support the COO with administrative tasks.



The role of a Personal Assistant will be based in their office in Riyadh and have following responsibilities.

• Manage and coordinate all business trips and other ad-hoc travel
• Support on email management
• Manage any special projects with direction
• Prepare reports and other documents or paperwork
• Support on all personal administration
• Manage inbound and outbound courier
• Organise meetings and manage internal communication

  The ideal candidate for the Personal Assistant role:
  
• Saudi National female candidate required
• Fluency in English and Arabic needed
• Prior experience as a Personal Assistant is highly desirable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Needs to be detail orientated
• Ability to adapt to different situations and multi task well
• Ability to work under pressure
• Degree educated ideally within the UK, Europe or US
• Full understanding of MS Office
