Product Type : Marine products support
Product Planning & Management
· Manage the annual inventory Forecast requirements based on sales history
· Plan, monitor and adjust purchasing schedule depending on replenishment levels, current sales, and changes to strategic direction to ensure the availability of adequate inventory levels
· Enhance product management through ensuring product movement with higher demand of these products, and setting adequate pricing aligned to market conditions
· Oversee emergency product purchasing throughout the year for increased and unanticipated part sales
· Controlled local purchase and built the history of local suppliers , study to adding the items to company inventory range .
Market Analysis
· Ensure the identification and leveraging of market opportunities to enhance company product positioning and pricing
· Monitor and regularly review part types and pricing with the market to ensure company competitiveness and alignment to the market’s offerings
Supplier Relationship Management
· Oversee the sourcing, selection, and quality review of suppliers to ensure ACC sources and sustains quality products
· Negotiate with suppliers to attain the required products at favorable prices, delivery timelines, and terms and conditions for ACC
· Oversee and approve suppliers’ purchase orders and payments within authorized amounts and escalate over authority purchase orders to Division Head approval in order to enhance quality control and reduce operational risks
· Search and select new good suppliers which can add value to the business
Budget
· Participate in budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process
· Investigate and propose implementing strategies that result in positive financial impact for ACC and mitigates financial and operational risks
Policies, Processes and Procedures
· Recommend improvements to Marketing policy and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of Product’s activities so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results
· Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
· Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures
People Management
· Help instill a culture of development, guidance and performance within ACC
· Guide, mentor and develop the Marketing team to take larger and complex responsibilities
· Identify and recruit key talent for the Marketing
· Provide clear top-down communication to employees and bottom-up feedback to the Management
· Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate / appraise direct reports and provide regular feedback on performance
· Promote a high-performance working environment and promote AGC's values
