You would be responsible for driving the business development initiatives, striking new franchise agreements, opportunities (leasehold, acquisition and management agreement) across Saudi. You will work with cross functional teams to capitalize on the same. You will create a strategic plan and lead the implementation of the strategic plan, guiding the future vision by setting short, medium and long-term objectives and strategies. Ensure departments impacted by Business Development projects have sufficient notice to provide support and deliver requirements within deadlines. To provide the necessary management to direct reports and leadership to the broader team including internal colleagues and external consultants to ensure that the strategic plan is effectively translated into the relevant actions and activities required to maximise the performance of each asset, reflecting the market and delivering maximum value to shareholders. Promote communication with internal stakeholders to leverage and expertise of leasing, marketing , development and property management teams.
