• Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders to determine recruiting needs; manage full cycle recruiting in accordance with the Company’s strategic recruiting plan.

• Seek and identify top talent utilizing sources to include social media, job boards, college recruitment; network with top talent and develop a talent pool for future openings.
• 
  
• Assist hiring managers with onboarding processes to include reference background checks.
• 
  
• Ensure prompt and personal communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• 
  
• Partner with Director, Talent Acquisition to continually enhance recruiting strategies.
• 
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.
