- Cash management daily handling.
- Supervising the weekly Cash Report with a daily update for the bank’s transactions.
- Coordinating – daily – the flow of work between the banks and the company and solving the problems that might arise.
- Monitoring the market very closely to watch the currencies fluctuation and get the maximum benefit of those moves.
- Deciding when and where the currencies should be purchased to correct GME’s foreign currency dues on time.
- Handling the monthly analysis.
- Purchasing all foreign currency requirements through spot deals from the banks.
- Reviewing the bank commissions and actual interest charged from the statements monthly.
- Investigating and following up on the banking reconciliation and handling any bank inquires on them.
- Prepare cost benefits analysis models for decision making.
