1.1 Prepare the annual marketing plan and schedules;
1.2 Create the main theme and ideas for the whole year;
1.3 Prepare the annual marketing plan Regarding the public holidays and events;
1.4 Prepare summary report about every event including income analysis, online awareness and on ground success.
2.1 Prepare the annual calendar for all activities;
2.2 Plan, organize, and manage all the events;
2.3 Communicating with the organizer companies to get all events materials (photos, videos ,promos)
3.1 Supervision of the web site news;
4.1 Supervise for preparing the drafts of the cooperation contracts between Egypt TEDA and any other supplier;
4.2 Find and update printing materials suppliers for the high quality and good prices;
5.1 Train his/her subordinates on all marketing aspects.
