1. 3 - 6 Years of Experience in Oracle Finance or HR or Supply Chain.
   
2. Participate and manage the delivery of a the Oracle application suite during Oracle ERP implementation projects.
   
3. Organize and Conduct formal workshops with the client displaying knowledge of the application and the business environment in
   defining the customer’s needs.
   
4. Influence the design maximizing the adoption of the Oracle solution.
   
5. Configure the application according to the design decision.
   
6. Design and test the integration with other
   systems.
   
7. Assist software developers with the creation of detailed design specifications for product extensions.
   
8. Support the data migration process from a functional point of view.
   
9. Take the lead on understanding new products or new features.
   
10. Participate to sales phase and support customer qualification and project scope definition.
    
11. Define implementation Roadmap and produce project estimates with project managers.
