JOB PURPOSE: :
The Performance Coordinator is responsible for the administration, organization, and coordination of SED performance management programs to ensure employees understanding of performance measures, job expectations, clarity of goals / objectives, and performance results. He is also responsible to help in developing and coordinating policies and strategies for departmental KPI's as per corporate plans and strategies.
•Support in the execution of the department’s objectives, initiatives, and plans.
•Responsible for providing support and coordination on various projects and activities related to the performance management process.
•Support in monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.
•Provides measurement standards, targets and KPIs to the management team with respect to the performance management process.
•Reviews, monitors and analyzes performance results system wide and reports them accordingly.
•Manage development and implementation of monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards, including ensuring data quality and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
•Provide support and guidance to others on how to manage performance; and provide them with specific performance management tools.
•Collecting SED performance data & developing periodical performance reports and communicating it periodically through approved channels.
•Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
•Contributes expertise to the development and delivery of performance management training manuals, policies and procedures.
•Researches, plans, organizes, and conducts performance management programs for SED.
•Works closely with the Training dept. to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
•Keeps abreast of developments in the field by engaging in professional development activities.
•Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
