Job Description
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the project management methods, systems, tools, techniques, forms and templates in order to ensure continuous improvement of the capabilities in project management.
- Provide support and guidance to others on how to manage projects, train others in project management or project management software, and provide others with specific project management tools.
- Provide centralized communication about various projects related to CNS-ATM.
- Support project managers in developing detailed project plans, and ensure alignment with contract documents (e.g. Bill of Materials).
- Monitor the progress and spending of projects to minimize risks on SANS and follow up with concerned project managers on project status.
- Assist in the preparation of project closure report for each project including analysis of the overall project performance by investigating schedule and budget overruns and identify key lessons learned.
- Collect all periodical progress reports (weekly and monthly basis) submitted by other SED Departments and assist in consolidating all reports in order to develop an executive status report to support the overall guiding process.
- Coordinate with the Document Control section to manage the documentation and archiving of all project documents and lessons learned from previous projects.
