Project Summary:
Niagara College Canada (NCC), an international leader in applied education, is pleased to announce that we are expanding our academic operations in Saudi Arabia after being selected as the preferred provider to oversee a Capability Building Contract (CBC) in partnership with Technical Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), Colleges’ of Excellence (CoE) and the TVTC Female College in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As part of the initial bidding process, NCC developed a detailed College Improvement Plan (CIP) which focuses on enhancing the delivery of academic programmes, administrative capabilities and campus facilities over the next three years beginning in September, 2017. In order to realize the action plan detailed in the CIP, NC KSA is currently seeking international educational and administrative experts with a demonstrated track record in coaching, mentoring and capacity building to join our team as part of our newest capacity building project benefiting the Madinah College of Technology-Female (MCoT).
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Partner Dean, the Senior Leadership Coach, Operations at Madinah Female Campus will oversee and participate in the development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of operational College policies, procedures and guidelines to assure college-wide institutional needs are met. The Senior Leadership Coach, Operations will support the College’s vision and mission by directing the overall activities of District administrative areas and supervising the allocation of resources, and by participating in budget planning, development, and implementation on a college-wide level.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as the focal point on organizational development and leadership capacity enhancements, working in collaboration with the Provider head to ensure that the agreed-upon training, coaching and mentoring plans are implemented in accordance with the terms of the agreement and long-term objectives of the assignment.
- Acts as the responsible agent for administrative operations, while providing direction within policies and procedures.
- Responsible for executing negotiated work packages within the project, including managing a team, project office and hiring local staff.
- In-charge of liaising with College Vice-Dean and other senior leadership counterparts within the college, within the Ministry of Labor, the Chamber of Commerce and other community partners.
- Leads the delivery of formal and on-the-job coaching; sharing technical content knowledge, teaching techniques, presentation skills & best practices, lesson planning and innovative methods for engaging stakeholders.
- Promotes an environment supportive of the College mission and vision, student-centered services and teaching excellence.
- Plays a central role in refining the multi-year performance management plan for the College and collaboratively executing it with the College Dean and senior leadership team.
