- KPI’s for Internal processes/practices
- Enhancing operational reconciliation process to save cost for the bank
- Achieve 100% certification of balance
- Manage and control all direct and indirect , capital and operational cost for the whole division (including for subdivisions )within allocated budget by the CEO without compromising on quality and in line with strategic direction by the CEO through the CFO
- Govern, Manage and control business, operational and reconciliation processes covering the entire bank business and operational form fanatical control and operation risk perspective to minimize financial control risk and fraud risk targeting areas that are comparably more susceptible to misappropriation
- Accountable for providing a dependable , complete and accurate framework for capturing financial data across the bank in bank’s ledgers and maintaining the quality of information in the bank for all information purposes management statutory and regulatory
- Assure provision or robust accounting framework across the bank and across all business lines and operational processes assuring that all processes are in line with IFRS as well compliance with SAMA / CMA regulations
- Provision of consistent, reliable and quality information for statutory and regulatory reporting purposes, including shareholders and top management of the bank, through developing and enhancing core banking processes without compromising on quality whilst minimizing fanatical and operational risk
