1- Quality and accuracy of financial reports prepared of internal and external stakeholders
2- Delivery / Submission of required date and reports on a timely basis
3- Correct application of IFRS & SAMA requirement for accounting and reporting of financial information
4- Presentable deliverables ready for consumption by users / senior management
5- Improvement in existing reporting process by enhancing or development new report that provide value added information
6- Proper liaising with the external auditors to ensure that deliverables are received within agreed deadlines
7- Monitoring of financial data across the bank to ensure that financial information presented to Senior Management, Board of directors, Shareholders and Regulatory authorities is free of any material misstatement / errors
8- Be involved with all bank business group & IT to ensure the accuracy of financial information captured from banks financial systems
9- Coordination with outside sources, consultants and advises and acting as subject matter exert for accounting matters, as and when needed or directed, so that the right quality of services are delivered to the bank whilst minimizing financial, reputational and operational risks
10- Oversee the monthly book closure process and ensure that all the related activities including but not limited to classification and provisioning of loans and revaluation of financial assets are completed on a timely basis in compliance with finance policy and procedure
11- Supervise the preparation of annual report, Final Declaration (FD) for Zakat & Tax, Aman financial statements and other adhoc tasks as may be assigned from time to time by CAO / CFO
