Develop and implement short term / long term HR business plan aligned with corporate strategy.
· Periodically conduct manpower analysis to optimize workforce.
· Write and deliver presentations to board of directors on human resources objectives and achievements.
· Improve candidate’s screening and selection process to ensure 100% fit for job.
· Take a leadership role in developing a culture and methodology that enables employees to high perform.
· Effectively plan, design develop and evaluate human resource advance functions.
· Lead performance management and talent assessment.
· Ensuring all legal compliances 100/ with Ministry of Labor and other governing authorities.
· Advising department managers on HR issues related to Government regulations discipline and employee grievances.
· Planning and overseeing all departments manpower budget.
