MISSION
• Drive the sales and margin through merchandising and content initiatives
• Daily engagement with team to evaluate top/bottom selling styles and refine go-forward plan for website and marketing content
• Propose strategies for merchandise and content to increase conversion
TOOLS
• Manages the product setup process, product navigation, onsite search and products cross sells
CUSTOMERS
• Responsible for category messaging and content, features and category marketing messages.
TRACKING
• Review and provide insight to business owners on daily, weekly and monthly KPI
COLLABORATION
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to plan visual merchandising strategy to drive conversion and sales through online merchandising strategies and execution
• Liaise with Marketing, Public Relations, and Social Media for integrated content planning
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and align on business drivers to ensure digital focus and execution on website and through marketing tactics
• Partner with marketing function to formulate content plans that drive new customers and customer retention
PLANNING
• Accurately launch products on the website according to delivery dates and business needs
