looking for qualified mid-career technical office engineers one of each civil & architectural engineering, have the ability to generate and provide technical support for the projects under construction.
targeted job is subjected to the following criteria:
1. review the tender drawings and extract the used materials list, specs, quantities
2. prepare shop drawings for structural element, site plan coordination, site survey and level analysis, architectural elevation and plan.
3. Materials process cycle of : supplier, samples , materials submitting and approval.
4. quantities take-off for materials
5. projects technical documentation.
6. Ability to analysis Architectural drawings and prepare the the finishing package.
7. have good acknowledgement of local supplier and materials, market price
8. acknowledgement of sub-contractors market price
