- Verifies authenticity of all transactions
- Effectively checks and audits the reports and results
- Summaries financial data and tracks trends accurately
- Produces and submits requested Financial Statements on timely basis
- Interprets the significance behind the numbers
- Help Accounting and Branch staff with procedural answers and data
- Oversees, and directs A/P clerk for timely execution of payments to vendors
- Helps and assists, Financial Analyst and reviews his work
- Ensures Compliance and company guidelines
- Effectively evaluates internal controls, Audits all outgoing payments for correctness
- Assist and submit, required and requested data and documents for annual audit
- Maintenance of supplier’s cheque against local orders
