Your Role at Mahmood Saeed Group Co.: As a Senior Recruiting Specialist, you will be part of building talent pipelines and attracting the best talent to our organization. In addition you will:
- Lead full lifecycle recruiting from job posting through offer negotiation and pre-boarding activities.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies, including developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align to the current and future talent needs.
- Draft job descriptions and employee specifications and propose new ways as to attract more candidates.
- Identify and implement best practices to increase the quality of hires while reducing cycle time and cost.
- Manage the job offer process including negotiation and administration within company procedures.
- Verify references.
- Generate status recruitment update reports.
- Prepare manpower planning inline with the business needs.
- Building a Saudization plan, Maintaining and improving Nitaqat.
- Communicate with third party recruitment and staffing agencies if needed.
- Participate in recruitment events such as career fairs, etc.
- Building relationships with Universities for job posting , attracting talents and employer branding.
- Proactively headhunt, screen and shortlist top talent.
- Proactively build talent pipelines including, referral generation, internet sourcing, events and sourcing campaigns.
- Work closely with the talent team and hiring managers to clearly understand requirements of the role, the scope and the team.
