Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/ Social Networking /colleges etc
4. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
5. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
6. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
7. Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
8. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
9. Prepare a report monthly to management and weekly meeting to following up the hiring with H.O.D.
10. Highlight Saudization hiring as per company needs.
