Purpose: To ensure the entire order fulfilment cycle to be attained in line with business objectives and as per the targeted KPIs

Roles & Responsibilities:

Pick the online orders and arrange with stores to collect back to Fulfilment Center (FC)

Handle with customer queries and grievances

Handle the Return shipments from the walk in customers and LSP (Courier Company) and complete the entire transactions

Handle the goods collections and deliveries to the walk-in customers.
