• CAFM System Mobilization and Resource Management.
• Monitor data processes proposals and ensuring compliance with the project.
• Monitor project plans and ensured progress according to schedule.
• Work closely with system vendor, and client to ensure the completion of all aspects of business requirement within required scope.
• CAFM System Debugging and troubleshooting
• Ensure that all IT applications and systems are installed, monitored and operate effectively.
• Help the Solution Delivery team as well as the vendors of applications to understand the problem and fix it.
• Direct & lead planning team to accurate data input into the CAFM and generate reports (manual & computerized) in accordance with client requirement.
• Develop system workflow and procedures for the projects.
• Ensuring development, implementation, and maintenance of all aspects related to IFM system services, including procurement, distribution and asset management.
• Implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work orders, in accordance with pre-program of work.
• Manage & Monitor Reactive Maintenance (RM) work orders Against KPI’s.
• Monitor work schedules and follow up with the concerned personnel to close the completed task in the system.
• Manage and Generate Weekly / Monthly IFM System Report.
• Analyzing CAFM Reports and make Service Productivity Summary for the SR’s Status Updates.
• Track & Monitor SR’s Escalations (SLA’s) and Update Escalation matrix.
• Directing subordinates to ensure they fulfill their duties in the IFM function. Planning to integrate all project entities under CAFM System.
• Meet client’s requirements & improvements required to CAFM System as per client SOW.
• Manage and plan Assets Tagging and upload into CAFM System.
• Train and direct all CAFM system users and other staff in support of their tasks and reporting requirements.
• Develop the planning and budgeting for the IFM CAFM System services to ensure that resources are used to provide best in class IFM services that are in line with organizational growth.
• Provide methods, tools, and procedures for data integrity assurance and guaranteeing daily operation.
• Carry out the daily systems analysis to ensure that the CAFM system is fully operational and that the backups are successful. Any exceptions are highlighted with the IT and/or operational support teams to progress to a resolution.
• Ensures relevant contract specific system documentation is created and maintained
• Recruiting planning staff and conduct training Sessions.
