Responsibilities:
• They are reporting to the QA/QC Manager and assists him in all quality related activities. QA/QC Engineers are responsible to ensures the implementation of the quality plan throughout the engineering design stages of a project, checks all design packages prior to submittal and coordinates with all concerned Department Heads for internal/external quality audits. They also identify quality finding, records the non-conformity and assists the concerned engineers in their resolution. They seek the assistance of QA/QC Manager for the resolution of any unresolved quality finding.
• The QA/QC Engineers shall review during the quality check and verify that all applicable procedures have been observed.
• The QA/QC Engineers shall ensure that all findings are resolved and documented appropriately.
• The QA/QC Engineers shall sign discipline check records. Refer to Discipline Check requirements as detailed in procedure for Design Control.
