Defining Quality standards for the raw materials and products at all stages keeping in view the general regulatory and customer’s requirements. Also defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
Ensuring tests and procedures are appropriately understood, carried out, evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary;
Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization with the implementation of Quality circles functioning; to lead, guide, train and motivate the team of the quality inspection and guarded system and the quality of the product.
Co-ordination with the statutory and regulatory bodies for products registration according to applicable regulation.
Monitoring performance through gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports to assist and reduce quality cost and scrap levels. Looking to improve on the quality of products without affecting the cost and the efficiency.
Setting up QA and other department’s compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved with coordination of relevant HOD’s.
Writing technical and management system reports.
Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.
Managing the implementation and certification process of the QMS, GMP, EMS and Social Accountability system of the organization under ISO 9001, ISO 22716:2007, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 respectively as a Management Representative.
Develop and implement department objectives, individual staff objectives along with KPIs and manage performance review and appraisal of subordinate staff based on these objectives by annually/quarterly.
To communicate the GMP Cosmetics rules and regulations to their staff.
To look after all the GMP activities in department.
To do work as per GMP procedures and guidelines.
