The Security Central Monitoring Operator is responsible for the operation of the security system sold by the company to the customer/bank under a contract agreement to monitor the security system operation under the supervision of the customer/bank. Ensure compliance to the requirements of the customer/bank in accordance to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) as defined by the company and the customer/bank.

 

 

• Ensure that all security system works properly.

• Coordinate with SEC Field Operations for the execution of the project and updating the system.

• Works hand in hand with the SEC Operation team on installation request and fulfill the requirement of customer/bank.
