The Security Technical Field Engineer is responsible for carrying out security system field maintenance service job assignments and ensuring that the assigned tasks are accomplished in a timely manner. Coordinates and work hand-in-hand with the SEC Lead Field Engineer regarding details of work assignment and problem reported and ensure to meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitment to our customers in accordance to the Company Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure that the maintenance service activity details are clearly understand and cascaded down to assigned team if necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date accurate records for Installation, Repair, Maintenance and project related work performed within your daily schedule.
Ensure that all project materials, security auxiliary system devices are available in coordination with Logistics prior to project deployment
• Ensure that all required security device parts, materials and other consumable items to full-fill the maintenance service activities are available on hand, prior to proceeding to customer site.
