- Implement controls to ensure that the technical procurement procedure
and scrap sales are conducted with the highest level of integrity, efficiency
and effectiveness. - Negotiate and screen
offers from suppliers mindful of specs, scope, quality, warranty. - Processing POs for all Regions
on M3 & Legacy System (Processing PO on system if required from time to
time). - Responsible for the
local forecasting, tabulating and the sourcing of technical purchases including
logistics, refurbishment and material handling services in a timely and cost
effective manner. - Ensure adherence to
procedure, procurement policies and budget guidelines for best control. - Responsible for the
preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with
company policies, budget and procedures. - Determine the root cause
of a conflict with suppliers and take corrective and preventative measures to
remedy the situation should it arise.
