Talent Acquisition:


Responsible for external sourcing of candidates for vacancies on corporate level.
Develop and enhance recruitment guidelines, processes and work flows.
Participate in setting budget for assigned activities.
Monitor assigned activities’ related expenses versus allocated budget with the aim of optimizing cost.
Work closely with culture & communication team in designing relevant communication campaigns related to assigned initiatives.
Conduct awareness sessions within HR / employees on recruitment related activities.
Responsible for updating any content related to the function on intranet, company website, and job portals.
Manage relationship with all recruitment agencies and consultants ensuring contracts’ validity, timely renewal, and negotiate new agreements’ functional terms and conditions, as needed.
Develop regular analysis and reports on assigned activities along with improvement recommendations on any highlighted gaps.
Set and manage our participation in employment fairs’ and work closely with culture & communications team to ensure an attractive, effective and creative activation for such events.
Guide and support HR Business Partners in conducting mass hiring recruitment days.
Build an electronic database for job descriptions, reviewing, editing and validating them, as needed, to ensure consistency in format and meaningful content.
Track and update, bi-weekly, permanent and off-payroll headcount status.
Responsible for updating, weekly, mycareer bulletin.
Design, implement and monitor CVs referral program.
Manage with the assessments team all details related to assessment centers and conduct feedback sessions.
Monitor and control Recruitment module and application on our HRMIS ensuring consistent and accurate employee information reflection.
Validate requested changes on oracle Recruitment and work on application improvement.
Coach and supervise assigned off-payroll employees.
On-boarding:


Coach and manage volunteers in the on-boarding community.
Responsible for the on-boarding cycle of new joiners
Coordinating requests and delivering all provisioning items by new hire's start date and making sure all the on-boarding requests are fulfilled by assigned performers.
Facilitating the induction classes.
Welcoming new employees, facilitating paperwork completion and processing, induction presentations
Ensure employee data collected at on-boarding stage reaches HR system(s) in a timely manner
Ensure on-boarding survey is done on a timely manner
Internships & University Relations:
Responsible for designing & implementing yearly internship programs, for all summer, winter or spring rounds and provide leadership in the development and implementation of all rounds.
Facilitate student learning by assisting students to secure appropriate internships to enhance overall academic experience and learn skills essential to conduct a successful job search.
Initiate and build partnerships with local universities to develop student opportunities for experiential endeavors locally, state-wide, nationally and internationally.
Work with different departments to identify and promote internships for specific roles.
Provide marketing strategies to connect students to experiential endeavors and jobs
Develop and revise internship policies and procedures
Plan and conduct internship workshops and information programs
Develop an internship manual and promotional material and updates as needed
Assess the effectiveness of internship programs
Maintain interns database administration for purposes of tracking
Assist in marketing the services and programs through developing appropriate materials as well as advertising special event
