Quality:
Establish, implement and proactively lead the review of the processes and procedures, standards and initiatives to continually improve the business performance, under Integrated Management System for ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) & OHSAS 18001 (Safety) and also for ISO 28000 (Supply Chain Security). Add/upgrade Certification as and when required.
Plan and conduct management reviews, internal audits and coordinate for external third party certification audits, in the capacity of Management Representative (MR) and report on the performance of the management system to achieve continual improvement.
Health, Safety & Environment:
Play a lead role in promoting and developing safe work culture that embraces zero harm through health, safety and environmental awareness by stimulating active involvement and interaction at all organizational levels.
Conceive, lead and implement the S&E improvement plan and initiatives in coordination with the line management to meet the annual objectives including facilitation of appropriate OHSE programs.
Plan and conduct monthly OHSE committee meetings to measure the OHSE performance and appraise the management on the improvements to achieve Operational efficiency.
Monitor, collate and analyze data for trend analysis & statistics at regular intervals to achieve continual improvement on all aspects of OHSE and related training of personnel.
Provide advice and support to line management for conducting risk assessments and ensuring that operational risks are proactively and appropriately managed.
Ensure proper adherence to ICAM procedure for incident investigations and implement effective control measures for closure of the gaps identified to prevent recurrence.
Evaluate and ensure emergency response preparedness through regular emergency mock drills and upkeep of the emergency response procedures.
Training:
Proactively identify safety and operational training requirements for employees, contractors and visitors with the site management.
Ensure strict adherence to safety induction training process for all employees, contractors and visitors to maintain high standards of safety performance.
Provide critical skill based training and maintain pool of multi skilled operators to ensure organization retains its competitive position in operational efficiency and productivity.
Ensure judicial and optimal utilization of the Simulator for training of operators.
