To support in provision of miscellaneous administrative support to the day-to-day Projects operations and management of all administrative matters to ensure smooth and efficient running.
Assist in coordination of the administrative functions pertaining to the Department
Support implementation of procedures for production of documents, work flow, filing, ordering of supplies, records maintenance, and other clerical services relevant to the office duties.
oversee to the process of creating effective presentations
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of the day-to-day administrative support
Assist in the planning and organizing workshops and meetings
Intermediate communication and relationship management skills
Able to execute document production materials in a professional corporate format.
Able to manage multiple priorities, to work to deadlines, being well-organized
Carry out data collection and research activities and assist special ad-hoc projects and initiatives
Conduct data analysis and assist in compiling project reports as required during the project
Update and maintain research database and improve all research and data filing system
Assist in vendor liaison for various projects
Assist in compiling, project information from both internal and external sources
Assist in managing stakeholders relationships and ensure their questions/queries/concerns are noted and serviced appropriately
Various project related general administrative duties
