Responsibilities;
-Welcome and explain new costumers our membership, facilities, services, special offers our strength, take clients on a tour of the ranch ,ask them to fill in application.
-Respond to member’s requests and needs in a positive and professional way .
-Liaise between management and customers.
• Answer queries by employees and clients.
• Keep office in order, Managing office supplies stock and placing orders.
• Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
• Type letters or memos, invoices & any secretarial work.
• Keep the employees records in files in order and update them regularly.
• Organize all files of employees, update them .
• List of payments by expiry date with sound notice 1 month or more ahead depending on service.
• Administration of company databases.
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and budgets.
• Maintain and update company databases.
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
• Update office policies as needed.
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
• Booking of flights for employees ahead of time (1 month before schedule).
• Organize events.
• Prepare invoices monthly.
• Update members list monthly.
• Send reminders to renew memberships.
• Receivables.
• Accounting .
